For some inexplicable reason, Paris is the ultimate hub of 100% gluten free restaurants and bakeries. You can easily do an extended weekend without any danger of cross-contamination.

Vegan and gluten free Asian fusion restaurant with incredible curries. Even if you’re a meat eater, you’ll be leaving full and satisfied. Their tasting menu contains all their dishes and unlimited jasmine rice.

Tiny little Japanese cafe next to Bank of France. It’s only opened from noon to 3pm and it’s incredibly busy, but absolutely worth it. Best onigiri out of Japan.
